Quick Start Guide

Goal: Convert your ETH (or other ERC20 tokens) into on-site TAO.

1. Connect Your Wallet
   If you haven’t already, visit our Onboarding & Setup page to connect your Ethereum wallet.
2. Open the Deposit Modal
   From your Portfolio, click the “Deposit” button.
3. Select Asset & Amount
   Choose ETH (or another supported token) and enter the amount you’d like to deposit.
4. Confirm & Monitor
   Approve the transaction in your wallet. The bridging process typically takes 30 seconds to 15 minutes.
5. Check Your TAO Balance
   Once complete, your on-site TAO balance updates automatically.

Goal: Use the swap interface to convert TAO into subnetwork tokens, or vice versa.

1. Access the Swap Interface
   Navigate to “Swap” in the main menu.
2. Select Tokens
   Pick your “From” and “To” tokens (e.g., TAO → Subnetwork Token).
3. Set Preferences & Review
   Enter the amount, adjust slippage tolerance, choose gas priority, and review the estimated output.
4. Confirm Your Trade
   Sign the transaction in your wallet. Check the status until it completes.

Goal: Track your assets, view detailed token info, and review transactions.

1. Open the Portfolio Page
   Your on-site TAO and subnetwork token balances are clearly displayed.
2. View Transaction History
   Access a unified table of deposits, withdrawals, and trades, each with timestamps and statuses.
3. Detailed Token Modals
   Click on any token to open a modal showing price charts, staking stats (if applicable), and performance history.

Goal: Share your unique referral link to enjoy fee discounts and earn commissions.

1. Generate Your Code
   Visit the Referrals section in your account to obtain your custom link or code. For a more in-depth look at how it works, see our Referral System page.

2. Share & Invite
   Distribute your link/code to friends, colleagues, or your community.

3. Watch Earnings Grow
   As referred users trade, you earn commissions credited in TAO (after reaching any minimum claim threshold).
